Exercise Every Day
Recently,more and more people are talking about exercise.From my perspective,it is totally undoubted that is important,helpful and absolutely necessary.The reasons why I believe so are listed as below.
The first point that I want to mention is exercise can help me build my body,everyone wants to live healthy in the word.What in more,exercise can help me relax and reduce my pressure.
Due to various reasons,I can not exercise every day.However,I can stick to exercising four times a week,for about 40 minutes each time.I swim on Tuesdays and Thursdays,and run on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
