Recently,more and more people taking about a goal for next year.Different people have different opinion,some one like cooking,reading,but my goal for next year is take more exercises.More and more people stay at home watching TV and surfing the Internet ,which are leads obesity and get a serious illness .That no double that health is important.
There are some reasons for my goal.Firstyly,everyday i will get up early to take exercises,it can make me have well-behaved and confidence.Secondly i will with my friends play football at night,it can be close with them. Thirdly,i will do more walking,do more bicycling in tne weekend.All of these are can make my life more colorful.
Let is act now to stay away from the TV and the Internet.It is time to take part in the sports activities.Health is more important in my life. |
