I may cite a variety of reasons accounting for this. To begin with will make you reduce the tension and anxiety both from the society and the schoolwork . What's more,it will bring you a much better and brighter future. Last but not least,it will keep you to be concerned about the society.
Taking into account all these factors, we may reasonably come to the conclusion that fitness is very necessary, So the fitness is good for physical and mental health.
