     I   thank keep exercise  can  makes more better  ourselves bodys. At the same tame ,It  also can increase we confident . More exercise can learning understand knowledge, and learning some experience.Keep exercise can increase ourselves funs and learning .Important thing  exercise can makes people become more and more healthy.
     I'm  about 30 years old,Nowadays,I'm everyday all keep PE exercise.Throught I'm  a girl ,but because me has 1.75meters high.I'm  very like play basketball, I think basketball  are very fun and cool a  items sports.   At  the same time ,I'm also likes walking park  are running. I  also and friends all play tennis.
    In short, I think keep exercise good behavior.It keep young and healthy body. It can let's keep mood and forget thing and cancel tried.
