It is well known that water is very important in our lives. Everyone need water to live,we can’t live without water. However ,more and more water is polluted and wasted by humans ,and the water we can use is less and less. So we must save water and do not waste water. if we don’t save water, the last of water will be our tears.  There many ways to save water. First of all, in terms of governmental behaviors,government should shut down heavy-pollution factories and make some laws to reduce environmental pollution and protect water. In addition, in terms of public behaviors, people should keep our behaviors in control to save water, for example, people can save water by watering plants with grey water and not playing water games. Last but not least, in terms of personal behaviors, we should start from small actions around us, we can save water by brushing our teeth with turn off the tap. This measures are necessary to save water, we will have a brighter future if all of as take action from this moment.
It is well known that healthy life is very important in our lives, everyone hope to live healthy in the world, and everyone has his or her own ways. As for me, healthy life means healthy diet, regular exercise and have a good mood. First of all, a healthy diet helps me to reduce risk of disease, we should avoid eating too much junk foods and drinking too much high-sugar drinks, it can lead to high blood pressure and obesity. We can choose some rich-Vitamin C vegetables and fruits. What’s more, regular exercise helps me to keep fit and reduce risk of obesity. Regular outwork is a good way to make my body more and more healthy. Such as running, bicycling, swimming and so on. Finally, Having a good mood helps me to reduce risk of pressure and helps me to relax. Singing and playing with friends are good ways to keep a good mood. I hope that everyone can live a healthy life and enjoy a healthy life

For me, a healthy life means maintaining a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and keeping a positive mindset. Firstly, a healthy diet helps to reduce the risk of diseases. We should avoid consuming junk food and high-sugar drinks, which can lead to health problems such as high blood pressure and obesity. Instead, we should opt for vitamin C-rich vegetables and fruits. Secondly, regular exercise helps to keep our body fit and reduces the risk of obesity. Activities such as running, cycling, and swimming are good ways to improve our physical health. Lastly, having a positive mindset helps to reduce stress and promotes relaxation. Engaging in activities such as singing and spending time with friends can help to maintain a positive mindset. I hope that everyone can strive towards leading a healthy life and enjoy its benefits.
