    Recently,more and more people taking about a goal for next year.Different people have different opinion,some one like cooking,reading,but my goal for next year is take more exercises.More and more people stay at home watching  TV and surfing the Internet ,which are leads obesity and get a serious illness .That no double that health is important.
      There are some reasons for my goal.Firstyly,everyday  i will get  up early to take exercises,it can make me have well-behaved and confidence.Secondly i will with my friends play football at night,it can be close with them. Thirdly,i will do more walking,do more bicycling in tne weekend.All of these are can make my life more colorful.
    Let is act now to stay away from the TV and the Internet.It is time to take part in the sports activities.Health is more important in my life.

Recently, there has been a growing trend among individuals to set goals for the upcoming year. While people have different opinions on what they would like to achieve, such as cooking or reading, my personal goal for next year is to engage in more physical exercise. With the increasing number of individuals staying at home and spending excessive amounts of time watching TV and surfing the Internet, this sedentary lifestyle has resulted in obesity and various serious health issues. Therefore, it is evident that maintaining good health is of utmost importance.

There are several reasons why I have chosen this goal. Firstly, I plan to wake up early every morning to engage in regular exercise. This routine will not only promote discipline but also instill confidence within me. Secondly, I intend to play football with my friends in the evening, as it will not only help me bond with them but also provide an opportunity to engage in physical activity. Lastly, I aim to incorporate more walking and cycling into my weekends. These activities will add vibrancy and diversity to my life.

Let us take action now and distance ourselves from excessive TV and Internet usage. It is crucial to actively participate in sports activities. After all, our health holds paramount importance in our lives.
