In China, have a lot of traditional festival. As far as I am concerned, my favorite festival is the Spring festival. There are several reasons.
First of all, in that day, I will wear new clothes and beautiful shoes. Means of new start it. Besides , I can eat special and only this dary food. For example, dumplings. Finally , I will visit my friends and relatives. After , family members maybe give me belong to new year money . Our family members get together have a meal. Also, we ar talk about something in the past year that say goodbye. We make our plans for the future.

The festival falls on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month, which is usually in September or October. This is a time when people take a break from their busy lives and spend quality time with their loved ones. We gather around a table filled with delicious mooncakes and tea, and we share stories and laughter late into the night. It's a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with family members and strengthen our bonds.
Secondly, the Mid-Autumn Festival is known for its beautiful lantern displays. In the weeks leading up to the festival, streets and parks are adorned with colorful lanterns of all shapes and sizes. Walking through these lantern-lit areas creates a magical atmosphere that fills my heart with joy and awe. I particularly enjoy the traditional lantern riddles that are hung with the lanterns. Trying to solve these riddles adds an element of fun and challenge to the festival.
Lastly, the Mid-Autumn Festival has a significant cultural and historical significance in Chinese folklore. The festival is associated with the legend of Chang'e, the Moon Goddess. According to the legend, Chang'e swallowed an elixir of immortality and ascended to the moon. On this day, we admire the full moon in honor of Chang'e and her sacrifice. It's a time for reflection and appreciation of our cultural heritage.
In conclusion, the Mid-Autumn Festival holds a special place in my heart because of the precious family time, the enchanting lantern displays, and the rich cultural significance. It brings me a sense of joy, unity, and pride in my Chinese heritage.
