First of all, please allow me to express my deep sorry for not being able to keep our appointment .I do know that this is very impolite and must have caused you much trouble.
I do reckon that at present any explanation is pale and futile.However,Ido not want you to misunderstand me.Due to the bad cold I got yesterday,I didn’t feel well and went to hospital.After the examination, the doctor suggested that I should have a rest for at least two days and the doctor’s certificate is enclosed.Therefore,it spoiled our appointment.
I am aware that our appointment is importance.I would be very grateful if you give me the opportunity to meet again .I am looking forward to hearing from you.
